Welcome to YTherapy

A Counselling and Psychotherapy Service for Adults

Offering Talk Therapy and Creative Therapy

Sometimes we are faced with unexpected and challenging life events. Other times we may find ourselves stuck in one place for a very long time without much change at all. Whatever the situation, it can feel uncomfortable, painful or overwhelming to sit alone with these feelings. Short-term counselling or long-term psychotherapy can help you through a difficult period or give you an ongoing reflective space to think about your past, present and future. A qualified therapist can help you take a closer look at the problems in your life, support you to understand yourself better, and empower you to make changes that feel right for you.

If you are reading this thinking “Why therapy? How will it help? What can it do for me?” then this may be the first step towards acknowledging your hope for something to change.
