All of a sudden, your mental health is top of mind and you find yourself looking for counselling in London. Finding a therapist in London is easy, right?

You want to find a qualified counsellor in London who is right-fit for your needs. Part of you feels impatient. You’re itching to find the best therapist in London and finish your search in a single afternoon. Whereas the other part of you wants to plan this out carefully and make the best decision for you.

Right now everything feels too much. You want to make things as easy as possible and this includes making sure therapy takes place somewhere that works for you.

Perhaps you live in the quieter areas of North London or Greater London where there are fewer choices for mental health services. You can imagine yourself hopping onto the Northern line or Victoria line, and heading straight into Central London. For the right therapist. Or perhaps you already live or work in Islington, or not too far away in The City of London. You can see yourself getting out of the office for a little exercise and walking to your counselling sessions. For you, having your therapy in Angel or Farringdon would be ideal locations.

Dramatherapy: Find Your Voice and Speak Your Mind with Confidence

Dramatherapy helps you feel free and unafraid to be your true self.

So, How Do I Start Counselling in Central London?

Starting therapy is easier than you may think. The first step to take is to schedule your free 20-minute therapy consultation over the phone. In this introductory call, we get to learn about each other. Feel free to ask me any questions about therapy and the way I work to see if I’m a good fit for you.

If we decide on working together, I will invite you to a 50-minute therapy consultation to take place at one of my therapy offices in Angel or Farringdon. In the initial consultation, you will be invited to share more about yourself and your reasons for seeking therapy now. I will ask some guiding questions to better understand your situation. At the end of the consultation, I will recommend a therapy plan for you.

At the start of therapy, I will support you to complete the intake paperwork and will help guide you into the process of sharing about yourself.
